matters. Our litigation experts provide counsel on a

undervalue, wrongful trading, director misfeasance, 
fraudulent investment schemes, and other reviewable 
dealings by insolvent companies. 
We represent both insolvency practitioners and defendants in these matters. 
We offer our services to a diverse clientele, including creditors, directors,  
insolvency practitioners, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders. 
Our expertise is particularly valuable when a company or individual faces  
financial difficulties, insolvency, or critical business events such as the  
insolvency of key customers or suppliers, or instances of internal or  
external fraud.
In addition to contentious matters, we handle non-contentious aspects of 
corporate and personal insolvencies, as well as turnaround, restructuring, and 
insolvency issues across various sectors. This encompasses corporate  
collapses, commercial property concerns, and tax-related matters. 
We provide guidance to directors, shareholders, administrators, liquidators, and 
trustees in bankruptcy on non-contentious aspects of corporate and personal 
insolvencies. This includes advice on Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) 
and Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) proposals, moratoriums, and  
Restructuring Plans.
